Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use getflow.com and the tools on it (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Getflow provides online AI tools for working with text, documents and other files. The tools are currently free to use, within fair usage limits. We may add, change or remove tools and limits over time.
2. Who can use Getflow
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use Getflow on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful or infringes the rights of others;
- use the Service to create spam, malware, fraud, or content that harasses or deceives people;
- try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the Service, including by automated scraping or bulk requests;
- resell or copy the Service without our written permission.
We may limit or block access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the text and files you submit and to the results you receive. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the Service to you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated results
Results are produced automatically by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. AI detection results are estimates, not proof. Please review results before you rely on them, and don't use them as a substitute for professional advice (for example legal, medical or financial). You're responsible for how you use the results.
6. Our content
The Getflow name, website design and our own texts belong to us. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with a link back.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the free Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Paid plans
Paid plans aren't available yet. When they launch, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be published before anyone can buy them.
10. Changes and ending use
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know on this website. You can stop using the Service at any time.
