This policy explains what information Getflow collects when you use getflow.com and our tools, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
1. Who we are
Getflow ("we", "us") operates the website getflow.com and the AI tools available on it. For any question about this policy or your data, email support@getflow.com.
2. What we collect
- Content you submit to a tool. Text you paste and files you upload, so the tool can produce your result.
- Messages you send us. Your name, email address and message when you use the contact form or email us.
- Technical data. Information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit. It appears in standard server logs.
You don't need an account to use Getflow, and we don't ask for payment details on the free plan.
3. How we use it
- To provide the tools and show you your results.
- To reply to your messages and support requests.
- To keep the service secure and working: preventing abuse, fixing errors, and understanding overall usage.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use the content you submit to a tool for advertising.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the website to work and stay secure. If we ever add optional cookies, for example for analytics, we'll update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
5. Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run Getflow, such as hosting, email and AI model providers. They process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us. When you use an AI tool, the content you submit is sent to such a provider to generate your result.
6. How long we keep information
We keep content you submit to a tool only as long as needed to produce and deliver your result, plus a short period for security and troubleshooting. We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email support@getflow.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Getflow is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.
