Introducing the New Flow

Andrew WilkinsonLast Updated: September 23, 2013

Just over two years ago, we launched Flow. We knew we had something great on our hands, but nothing could have prepared us for the incredible response. Today, Flow is used by thousands of amazing organizations all over the world to get things done. Every week, we learn about new companies using Flow to do incredible things like making feature films, running web startups, and even cancer research. Today, we’re taking things to the next level.

When we first launched Flow, MetaLab was just 15 people. Since then, our team has grown to over 55. We built Flow for ourselves—at the time a small team—and through our own experiences with growth, as well as conversations with our customers, we realized we needed to rethink some key things about the product. It just didn’t scale well once your team got to a certain size. Instead of trying to tack on a bunch of features, we decided to do a complete rethink.

After almost a year in the works, we couldn’t be more excited to share it with the world. Reengineered from the ground up, it sports a whole new look and feel, the ability to organize your projects into workspaces, and brand new iPhone and iPad apps. We’ve added hundreds of new features, and best of all it’s insanely fast. We think you’re going to love it.

Don’t worry, it’s still the same Flow you know and love, just all grown up. If you already have a Flow account, simply login and you’ll be guided through a quick tour of the changes. If you’re new to Flow, we hope you’ll give it a shot. Click here to sign up for a 30 day free trial

As always, we’d love to hear any feedback you have. The whole team is heads down this week helping people make the transition. Don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We hope you love it as much as we do.

PS: to celebrate, we’re giving away a MacBook Air. Share the love.
