Uninstalling Flow for Mac
You can easily uninstall the Flow for Mac app by locating the app icon in your Applications folder in Finder, and then dragging it to the Trash bin. Before you do, quit the app by clicking "Flow" in the menubar and select Quit Flow.
You can also quit Flow using the Command-Q shortcut on your keyboard.
Uninstalling/disabling the Flow for Mac launcher
When you install Flow for Mac, a plugin that allows you to automatically open Flow links (like those included in email notifications) in the Flow for Mac app is also installed. So if you plan on uninstalling, you may want to disable this feature as well.
To disable, open the app’s native preferences by clicking Flow > Preferences in the Mac menubar.
Then uncheck the "Automatically open Flow links in Flow for Mac" option and exit to continue using the app or go forward with uninstalling the full app.
If you have already uninstalled the app and didn’t disable the feature, you can also manually uninstall the browser plugin. To do so, open Finder, click "Go" in the menubar and select "Go to Folder."
Paste ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ in the available field and hit
Enter on your keyboard.
Then drag the available file to the trash to delete.
