Viewing or Downloading Invoices 1 minute read

Whether it’s for filing taxes or expense reporting, you’ll likely need access to your Flow invoices at some point. Luckily, if you’re an Organization Owner you can view, download, and print invoices from Flow any time.

Past and present invoices can be downloaded by organization owners in Account Preferences. Click the V beside your organization name in the blue navigation bar and select “Account Preferences” in the dropdown.

Once on the Account Preferences page, scroll down until you see the “Organizations” section. From there you can click on the “View Invoices” link under “Subscription.”

This will pull up your history of invoices, with the date and total of the billing, as well as the option to Download on the right.

If you click “Download” it will open a separate page with a detailed invoice that you’re also able to print, by clicking the small printer icon in the top left corner, if you want a hard copy for your records.
