To reset your password, visit account preferences and select the "Password" section.
If you know your current password and want to change it, open your Account Preferences by clicking the v next to your organization name in the blue navigation bar in Flow, and selecting "Account Preferences" from the dropdown menu. Then, beside the "Password" section, click "Edit." Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice. Click "Save Changes" to create your new password.
In the event that you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking "Forgot your password" link below the login fields. Enter your account email address (it has to be your primary address, not one of your alternates.) If you’re logging in automatically on the web app but are locked out of the mobile or iOS apps, click the v next to your organization name, click "Logout" in the dropdown menu and follow the steps from there.
Once you reset your password, you’ll be sent an email that links you to the password creation page. Here, enter your new password in the two available fields (once to create, once to confirm), and click "Save Changes."
