Purchase a subscription
When you’ve decided that Flow is a good fit for you and your team, you’ll need to purchase a subscription to continue using Flow beyond the 30-day trial. To do so, open your account preferences by clicking the ’v’ next to "Flow" in the top left corner of the app (in the blue header bar) and select "Account Preferences."
Scroll down to the Team section and select "Upgrade" beside the Plan to launch the Flow Subscription dialog.
In the Flow Subscription dialog, select the plan that best suits your teams needs. If, for example, you work with 8 people, the Team plan, which lets you invite up to 10 users, would be the best choice. If you have a team that is larger than the plans listed, you can contact our team to discuss other options. You can toggle between monthly and annual billing by clicking the switch at the top of the page. Once you’ve chosen a plan and your billing schedule, click "Next" to proceed to the next step.
Now, enter your billing information.
Below the billing form is an "Add Owners" link where you can select workspace members to assist in managing the subscription on your behalf.
You can also add and manage subscription owners in your Account Preferences.
Owners can create workspaces on your subscription, add new users, and update your billing information. They will automatically be added as admins to any workspace they belong to. If there are any members listed here who you do not want as an owner, simply click "Remove" to delete.
When you’ve confirmed all the information in the form is correct, click "Process Payment" at the bottom of the dialog to purchase your subscription.
