Using the Favorites view
The Favorites view is the place to go to focus on the tasks that matter most to you. Here, you'll find a collection of special lists that aggregate tasks from across the entire workspace.
Every task you create (or are assigned) that isn't added to a list, will appear in your Inbox. The tasks you create in Inbox are private by default, though you can invite users to individual tasks. The Inbox is also a great place to whip up a bunch of tasks for processing at a later time.
My Tasks is an overview of all the tasks that you’re responsible for, which includes tasks you’ve created for yourself and that others have assigned to you.
To add another level of priority to your tasks, beyond due dates, you can add flags. This not only sets them apart visually, but adds them to the Flagged list in Favorites so you can work through only the tasks that require your immediate attention and avoid being distracted by other, less pertinent tasks in your lists.
The Subscribed list in Favorites shows you all the tasks that you’re subscribed to, which means you'll be notified in-app or by email of any activity that takes place on these tasks. Use Subscribed to keep track of the tasks that you’re following in one place.
This is the only place to find tasks you've been subscribed to that don't belong to a list.
Any task that you assign to another teammate will appear in the Delegated list. Like Subscribed, it’s a unified space to quickly check in on tasks that you’re involved in but aren’t responsible for completing.
The archive houses any lists you've archived. To learn how to archive lists you're not using, check out this article.
