Drag & drop everything
Drag ‘n drop in Flow makes it really simple to organize your tasks, lists, more, saving you tons of time!
When using the sort feature, you may want to organize your tasks by priority, name, etc. To do so, first select Sort List Manually from the Filter bar. Then click to the right of the task name, drag, and drop the task into place.
Dragging tasks between list sections
You can drag and drop tasks between list sections to quickly reassign tasks to different people, add to different lists, and reschedule.
To quickly reassign tasks from one user to another, click "Sort by assignee" in the Filter bar, drag, and drop your task assigned to one user to another user’s section in the List. Reassigning a task to another list is very similar. In the Filter bar, select "Sort by List". Then drag your task to another list section.
Dragging tasks into the sidebar
Another way to reassign tasks to other people or add them to other lists, is to drag them into the sidebar. To add a task to a list in the sidebar, drag the task and drop it onto the list name.
To reassign tasks to someone in the sidebar, drag any task over "People" in the sidebar, and hold. A list of all workspace members will appear below where you can further drag the task onto the new assignee and let go.
Reordering workspace icons
Arranging your workspace icons in the workspace switcher is one more way to personalize your Flow account.
Simply click a workspace icon in the workspace switcher and drag and drop it into position. Your sort order is private to you so you can reorder as often as you like without disturbing anyone else on your team.
Drag to reorder
In the sidebar, you can reorder your lists by dragging and dropping them into place.
You can select multiple lists at a time by holding Command/Ctrl on your keyboard.
Dragging in and out of groups
You can also quickly drag lists in and out of groups to keep your sidebar organized. Dragging the last list from a group will close the group, and dragging one list onto another will group them together.
Like lists, you can drag groups to reorder them in the sidebar.
You can select multiple groups at a time by holding Command/Ctrl on your keyboard.
