Using the Calendar
The Calendar makes it easy to view all the scheduled tasks in a workspace. It’s also a concrete way to stay on top of what you and your team are tackling, week by week. Get better acquainted wth the calendar's features in this tutorial or keep reading for more info.
You can click on any task name, to view its details, or click on a date cell to open a list of all tasks due that day.
Using the Filter Bar
If you work with a team, you may want to toggle between viewing an overview of everyone’s tasks and focusing on your own. To switch between these views, click either "Everyone's" or "My Tasks" above the calendar.
You can also click "Search Tasks" to expand the Filter bar. Once open, you can search for tasks by tag, person, or keyword by typing in the empty field. Use multiple filters for even more specific results.
Switch between two views in the Calendar: "Month" view for the traditional Calendar mode or "List" for the standard list view, sorted by due date.

Create & Manage Scheduled Tasks
To schedule a new task in the Calendar, just click a date to open the New Task pane. Here, you can enter the name of your task and then click the task menu buttons to add the task to a list, change the due date, assign or subscribe teammates, and add tags. Once you’re happy with the details you've entered, click into the task name field and hit
Enter on your keyboard to save.
If you just need to change the due date, drag and drop the task to a new date. You can do this with multiple tasks at a time—simply hold down Command/Ctrl on your keyboard, select the task names and drag and drop them into place.
