Need to clean up your contacts list? Over time, you may end up having many contacts in Flow that you’re not currently working with, and it’s make things simpler to clean up your account.
To do this, open the contacts tab on the left sidebar. Hover over the right side of a contact’s name card, click the gear icon, and select Remove Contact.
You’ll need to confirm that you want to remove the contact before they’ll be deleted from your account. Do note that you will still be able to collaborate with the contact, and you’ll still get notifications when they reply to tasks and more just as before. The good thing is, your contact list will be more tidy, and you’ll be able to find the people you want to assign tasks to easier than before.
If you want to keep collaborating with a contact, but just want to remove them from a particular list, you can do that as well. Just open the Navbar, and click the x button beside their name. Flow will then ask you to confirm that you really want to remove that user from your account. If you later decide you want to collaborate on that list with them again, you can just add them back as a contact in the Navbar by just entering their name.
