Ready to get started working together with your colleagues? Flow works best when you use it with others, and makes it easy to collaborate on anything you need to do.
To do this, though, you’ll need to add your team members to Flow. Just click on the plus button in the bottom left corner of Flow, and select New Contact.
Flow makes it easy to find contacts that are already using Flow. You can add your social networks to Flow to see if any of your friends are already using Flow, and add them directly to your account. Or, you can search through our public directory of Flow users to find people already using Flow by name. Alternately, you can invite people directly to Flow, using their name and email address.
If your contact was not already using Flow, they’ll receive an email letting them know that you’ve invited them to Flow. The link in the email will automatically fill in their name and email, so all they’ll need to do is add a password and they’ll immediately be able to use Flow. They’ll also immediately see any tasks and lists you’ve assigned to them, so they can get right to work.
In the mean time, you can go ahead and assign tasks to your new contact or add them to more lists. They’ll be emailed with info about the tasks you’ve assigned to them, and they can even go ahead and reply to comments or mark tasks as completed before they’ve even created their account.
