Collaborating With Anyone For Free

Flow works great for keeping your team organized and working together. You can collaborate with anyone who has a Flow account, which lets you assign tasks, comment on posts, add tasks for each other, and more. But, if your friend or colleague doesn’t have a Flow account, you can still assign tasks and share lists with them. This will let them see the tasks, add comments, invite people, and mark it as complete, all for free.

Once you’ve added someone as a contact in Flow, you can go ahead and assign tasks to them or add them to a list. Even if they haven’t activated their account, they’ll still get email notifications when tasks are added. Or, if they started a trial account, but didn’t decide to subscribe to Flow, you can still assign them tasks. When they sign in, or click the link in a task email, they’ll see a list of tasks assigned to them and that they were invited to. It’s a slimmed-down version of Flow that lets you work on tasks with anyone for free.

The best part is, you can still discuss tasks with comments, even with people who don’t have a Flow account. Any collaborator can add comments, reschedule the task, mark it as complete, or anything else they could do with a full account. The only difference is, they can’t add new tasks, organize lists, or add new contacts, folders and more.

Flow makes it easy to keep your whole team working together, whether or not they’re subscribing to Flow. Whether you want to assign tasks to a client who, share a list with your family, or discuss a task with a customer, you can do it all with Flow.
