Logging In & Out of Flow for Mac
When you download and open Flow for Mac for the first time, it will prompt you to login. Just enter your email and password that you already use with Flow online or on your iPhone, then click Login. Seconds later, you’ll be ready to add new tasks to Flow right from your Mac.
Your account credentials will be saved so that you never have to login again. However, if for some reason you need to logout, you can do so by selecting the Account pane in the preferences window and clicking the Logout button. You can then sign in with a different account, or sign back in with your original account.
