View Completed Tasks
Sometimes you’ll need to look back and see what tasks you’ve completed. Or, perhaps you need to find some info that you’d jotted down in a comment on a completed task. Flow includes special views to help you find the tasks you need, including tasks that you’ve already completed. There’s several ways to find the completed tasks you need. You can see any completed tasks in a list, see all tasks you’ve ever completed, or search for specific completed tasks. Either way, all of your tasks and notes in Flow are always ready for you to find whenever you need them.
See Completed Tasks in a List
Want to see something you’ve just cleared from one of your lists or your inbox? Just scroll to the bottom of your list, and click the Show Completed Tasks link. You can then see all the tasks you’ve completed in that list, and can uncheck them or open them to view an attachment or see an old comment. Then, you can click the arrow in the top toolbar to go back to your list of uncompleted tasks as before.

Search for Specific Completed Tasks
You can also find your completed tasks in Search. They won’t come up by default, but if you search for something that was in an older, completed task, click View all tasks on the bottom of the search box. This will then find all of your tasks you’re searching for that are already completed.

View all tasks you’ve ever completed
Want to dig even deeper into your Flow account? The Other Lists section on the bottom left of Flow lets you quickly see all of your tasks, including your completed tasks. Click the small arrow button in the bottom left corner to open the list, then select Completed Tasks. This will open all of your completed tasks, so you can look through everything you’ve accomplished with Flow, sorted by the time they were completed.
