Using Tags
Tags are a great way to stay organized in Flow. Add tags to your tasks to give them more context, and help you quickly find all related tasks between all of your lists and folders. If you’re sharing your tasks with others, tags give you a great way to break down your team’s tasks and help everyone find what they need to work on.
Adding tags to your tasks is easy in Flow. Just create a new task as normal, then click the Tags field and start typing in your tag. If you’ve already used a tag, you can quickly select it from a list. Otherwise, you can save it as a new tag. Feel free to add as many tags as you need to keep your tasks organized.

If you’ve already added a task and want to add some tags to it, just hover over the task and click the pencil button on the right to edit it. Then, add tags as you would on a new task.

If you’d like to see all of your tasks that have the same tag, just click the tag to open a page with just tasks that have that tag. You can also view all tags in lists and folders from the Navbar on the right.

You can also delete old tags so your tag list isn’t cluttered with old tags you no longer need. Just open the New task dialog, and start typing in your old tags in the Tag box. You can now click the x button on the right to permanently delete that tag from your account.
