Responding to Tasks via Email

Even if you’re not logged into your Flow account, you can keep up with your tasks from your email. Whenever you’re assigned a new task, Flow will send you an email unless you’ve disabled it in your email preferences.

You can then quickly add a comment directly from your inbox. Just send a reply to the original email, leaving your response above the line in the top line. Then, you’ll get another email if any other comments are added to the task, and you can reply to them with an email as well. Managing your tasks from email has never been easier.
