Attaching Documents, Pictures, and Other Files to Tasks
Attaching documents, pictures, and other files to your tasks is as easy as assigning a task to a colleague or adding a tag. There’s two easy ways to do it. You can add files to new tasks when you create them, or you can add files to comments in existing tasks.
Adding Attachments to New Tasks
The simplest way to add attachments is to add them to your task when you’re creating it. Just expand your new task box to see the extra fields, then click the Attach Files field to open the attachment box. Click the Attach Files button, then select the files you want to add to the task.
Note: Attaching files requires Adobe Flash Player.

Your files will immediately start uploading, and you’ll see a check mark beside them when they’re finished. You can now save the task, or add more attachments if you need.

Once you’ve added attachments, you’ll be able to see them on your task’s page. You’ll see a small preview of images, and can then click to enlarge them. Or, you’ll see a file icon on documents and other files, and can click to download them to your computer.

Add Attachments to Comments
If you forgot to add an attachment to your task, or thought of something you’d like to add to a shared task, you can always add it to a comment. Just click the comment box to expand it, then click Attach Files and add any attachments you need. Then, add a comment as well if you’d like, and click Post. You’ll need to wait a few moments as the files upload, and then they’ll be ready for your whole team to see.
