Do you find yourself doing the same tasks in new projects over and over? Perhaps you have the same tasks you need to do every week, or with every new project you start. Or perhaps you want to turn a basic list into a more advanced shared list, and don’t want to retype everything.
Either which way, Flow makes it easy to duplicate your lists. Just click on the gear icon on your list name, and select Duplicate List. You can then select which folder to save the list in, and can even have Flow reopen tasks you’ve already completed in the list in your new duplicated list so you can start from scratch in it.
Best of all, Flow makes it easy to use lists as templates. You could create the lists you want to use as templates, and even store them in a folder so they’re hidden away until you need them. Then, when you duplicate them to put them to use in new projects, Flow will remove the work Template from their title automatically. It’s that easy.
