Adding Additional Collaborators to a List
Over time, you’ll likely want to add more people to your lists. You’ll add more people to your team, and your Flow list can grow to accommodate them, too.
Adding new people to your task lists in Flow is incredibly simple. Just open the list you want to share, and make sure the right Navbar is open. Then, click the Invite People link in the Navbar, and start typing the person’s name you want to invite. Flow will start searching through you contacts, and you select the colleague you want with just a click. That’s all you’ll need to do to add them to your list.
If you’ve never added this colleague to your Flow account, you can also directly invite them to Flow, or you can search through our global directory to add other Flow users as contacts in just a click. Alternately, you could also add new collaborators on a list by clicking the gear icon on a list name, selecting Edit & Share, then adding the collaborator in the Invite People field.
