Deleting Your Account

If you’ve decided that Flow is not the right app for you, you can delete your account. This will delete all of your data, and will cancel your subscription to Flow. We’d be sorry to see you go, though, so if there’s anything we can help you with, please let us know! Also, if you simply don’t want to use Flow right now, you could cancel your subscription instead, so you could still log back into Flow at any time and view your tasks in the collaborator view or reactivate your subscription.

To fully delete your account, including all tasks, comments, and attachments you’ve saved in your Flow account, open the Account & Billing settings from your Flow preferences menu. Then, click delete beside My Account, which is right beside the date when you first created your Flow account.

Flow will then ask you why you’re canceling your account, so select the reason that seems correct to you, and then feel free to add a comment or more info in the next screen. We’ll be reviewing everything you write, and will try to use your feedback to improve Flow and make it work better for everyone. If you’re still wanting to delete your Flow account, click Delete my Account after you’ve added a comment. You’ll then see a final warning about deleting, and if you’re certain you want to continue, click delete my account again.

Finally, you’ll need to enter your password to make sure it’s you deleting the account. This is a security measure, to make sure your account can’t get accidentally deleted or deleted by someone with malicious intent. Once you’ve entered it, you can click the Delete my Account Forever to fully erase all of your Flow data from our databases. If you have any more questions or concerns after deleting your account, feel free as always to let us know, and our support team will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.
