If you’re interested in learning a bit of what goes on behind the scenes here at Flow, you’ll probably enjoy a new series we’re doing on the MetaLab blog called “How We Work.”

Over the course of the next several months, we’ll be exploring everything from the challenges we face as a quickly growing company, to the philosophies that guide what we do, to how we manage our coding practices and design decisions.
